Here is a list of simple things you can do to improve the appearance of your property without spending
a lot of money. For example:
If closet or bedroom doors don't close easily, leave them ajar when showing the house so people won't struggle
with them.
Put clothes and papers away, leaving counter space free of odds and ends. Clutter is unappealing to potential
buyers.
Keep the grass cut and remove debris, toys, and clutter from your back and front yards.
Make sure shades, blinds, and curtains are clean and in good working condition.
